Westford 2006 Calendar Art : This gallery has the photos used in the 2006 calendar published by the Westford Conservation Trust. The Westford Conservation Trust was established in 1984 for the purpose of preserving open space and other natural resources. Westford is a beautiful town and is committed to a balance between development and conservation. The calendar was prepared to illustrate some of the results of that commitment. The Westford Conservation Trust is a not for profit, volunteer organization that is supported solely by private contributions.

Beaver Brook : These two photos were taken from the roadside on Beaver Brook Road near the Littleton boarder. Great spot for sunsets and boat launching.

Graniteville Woods : On November 25, 2006 Peter Severance led a small group through Graniteville Woods. Most of us were unfamilar with the land. This gallery is a partial record of what we found. The quarries were the most impressive so there are lots of photos or them. I plan to go back with tripod and take some more 'artistic' photos but even with a handheld camera and taking photos on the run, the beauty of the land shines through; don't you agree?

Westford Eyes at the Parish Center : These are photos that my brother, Bill Winters took during the reception for the group show currently at the Parish Center for the Arts in Westford Massachusetts. The show features the paintings of Alice Phalen and Gail Flannery as well as the photography (mostly black and white) of Frank Winters. Bill used my Canon G5, sophisticated point and shoot camerato take these candid shots.

Steve's Party : Steve's wife Aida gave him a surprise party for his 50th birthday in a Hoboken bar. Here are some snaps I took during the bash

New York Visit : In April 2006, my daughter Robin and my granddaughter Shaylin visited New York City, with Shay's friend Katomi to check out some schools and have a good time. These are some photos I took during the two days I spent with them running around the city trying to stay dry. (It was a wondeful time!)

I'm a retired IT executive and consultant, now working as a nature photographer and sometimes an urban street scene photographer. In 2009 I teamed up with 8 other artists and we opened Art On Main, an art gallery located at 40 Main street in Westford Mass. See us here:

I like to take nature photos in Westford, Massachusetts where I live. My Westford photos are featured in the 2006 through 2009 calendars that the Westford Conservation Trust published under my direction as designer. We hope that the photos continue to show a glimpse of the natural beauty of our town.
